Parents - Governors
Governors at Valley Infants have a wide background of experience gained in both Public and Private sectors, bringing together a range of skills within the Governing body. Together with the headteacher and teaching staff they promote and steer the school programme to achieve the Government objectives of giving each child the best start in Primary education, both in learning and social skills, within the constraints of the school budget.
The Governors’ objective is that the school maintains its high standard both as a caring school and learning centre, and continually strives to improve and widen its role within the community.
Together with parental support it would be expected that every child who leaves Valley should be prepared for the next branch on the learning tree.
